We employ a design-thinking approach, beginning with empathy—through interviews, observation and research. Next, we synthesize our findings and co-develop the strategic direction (with the client). Building on this background, we develop creative ideas which we simultaneously prototype and redevelop. Tying it all up together for launch, we prepare files and define the standards via guidelines that are easy to understand and share.
